Nox Performance is currently running a 6-week Speed Clinic, with new sessions beginning every 6 weeks.

Our current intake starts on 24/09/24 and they run for 6 weeks.

How it works:

Clinic Groups:

Foundation Speed 

Our 'Fundamental Speed Clinic' is designed for beginners and aspiring speed athletes of all ages, offering a supportive environment to master the core principles of speed training. Led by our experienced head trainer, the program focuses on building a strong foundation in speed mechanics and techniques.

(Ideal for athletes ages 10yrs - 13yrs)

Our Speed Clinics provide multiple weekly sessions with specific dates and times depending on your chosen clinic level.

 

For example, the Foundation Clinic offers 3 classes per week, and you can attend as many as you'd like. The program is progressive, so missing a class won’t set you back, but attending more sessions will maximize your results.
