I first started training with nox just under 4 years ago just before covid hit. I was standing at 135kg...after 2 months we were training 5-6 times a week. I was able to get down to a personal best weight of 108kg, I was also quicker on the court in all directions, I could jump higher, and I could last longer in games. I would not be the player I am today without going thru nox performance. He has elevated my game so much through my fitness that it has opened so many doors for me. I am now an injury replacement player for the BNZ breakers I have toured with the Nz 3x3 Tall Blacks and have played 5 years in the NZNBL. Any time I find myself without a trainer or I need advice on programs that I have, I message nox straight away. I owe a lot of my career to him, he has helped me get into shape a numerous amount of times and he will always be the first person I call when it comes to trainings

Nox performance has helped me tremendously through my basketball journey. Focusing on specific exercises to help me with the things I’m not so good at to then translate onto the court. From mobility, power, balance, speed, explosiveness and strength the sessions with Noka really helped me get to the next level. Being ready to compete with older and more advanced players especially physically. Another thing that was really good with Noka is that he works around my schedule. I tell him when I have trainings and things on and he works around that.

ive always struggled with strength lacked in certain aspects in basketball etc, that was untill i met nox! Nox helped me in heaps of ways not just basketball but off the court as well. His work has definitely benefited my basketball career teaching me how to stretch and lift weights. ive come from streetball so knowing street ballers we dont stretch but growing up and excelling in basketball nox performance training has made my play style as well as my game more coordinated from dunks to scoring acrobatically… i went to a low decile school called Tangaroa College where we don’t have access to S&C trainers or high performance training programs. We have the talent but just lack the knowledge and training...i highly recommend this training program for those who haven’t really gotten a chance to get this type of work etc!

Once athletes purchase the program, they receive an email with a login link to TrueCoach, where their entire 8-week workout schedule is pre-loaded.
